Contract Case

I was asked by a close family member to loan them a significant amount of money. Due to our close family relationship, I didn't get the loan in writing, and later the other person refused to repay me. It caused an extreme financial hardship for me and my family. People told me without a written contract, I would never get paid. I hired Mr. Redden to try and get my money back. He not only got my money paid back to me, he made the other person pay his attorneys fees. He did a great job.

Kim M.

Malpractice

My son was brain injured and paralyzed in a car accident. He couldn't care for himself, and we couldn't care for him at home, so he was placed in an inpatient brain rehabilitation facility. As if his brain injury and paralysis wasn't enough, While he was there, due to malpractice, he was severely burned and scarred. Mr. Redden took on the case, hired the experts and was able to recover a substantial amount of money on behalf of my son.

DUI/DWI

I own a business and was charged with my third DUI, which means a ten year loss of license and six months jail. I could not afford either. I was referred to Mr. Redden by a friend. He was very nice and easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about DUI law. He found problems with the Prosecution's case and had the DUI dismissed. It was such a relief! I'd recommend him to anyone.

I was facing my fourth and fifth DUI and other charges and looking at least a year in jail. Mr. Redden fought hard for me though out the cases, had one DUI and other charges dismissed, and and thankfully I only received a six month sentence.

Lewis B. Atlantic City

I was facing my second D.U.I. and a two year loss of my license. Since I also have a Commercial License that I use for work, if I was convicted of the D.U.I., I would have lost a lot of business and possibly have been destroyed financially. I had used a high-priced law firm for my first D.U.I. and was not happy with the results.

I had met Mr. Redden socially and liked his personality, knowledge of the law and his passion to win for his clients. I hired Mr. Redden - at a much lower fee than my previous lawyer - and he fought hard and got the D.U.I. charge dismissed.

I would recommend him to anyone with a legal problem, and I've referred family and friends to him.

 Marijuana DUI

I was charged with a Marijuana DUI and drug possession on Route 55. Everyone told me that an attorney couldn't help and it would be too expensive and to just plead guilty. A friend who used Mr. Redden recommended him. His fee was reasonable , and he got all of the charges dismissed.

I retained Mr. Redden for a D.U.I. a few years ago. Since I travel extensively for my business, I was extremely concerned about losing my license and not being able to work. Mr. Redden made clear from the beginning that he could not guarantee I would not lose my license, but that he would do his best to save it. He delivered on that promise. Mr. Redden reviewed the evidence in my case and found a problem with the evidence. As a result, the D.U.l. was dismissed. I would recommend him to anyone.

Cape May

I drank too much one night and drove. I don't remember what happened, except that I hit a sign and was issued several tickets, including one for DUI. This would have been my third DUI, and I would have to go to jail for six months. Mr. Redden was able to argue that it was only my second DUI and saved me from jail.

Domestic Violence
Landlord - Tenant

I had been abused by my husband, physically and emotionally for years. I hired an attorney who basically told me to drop my domestic violence complaint against my husband. A family member recommended Mr. Redden, and I'm glad they did. He told me not to drop the complaint and went to court with me several times and fought hard for me and got me a Final Restraining Order.

M.C. Atlantic City

My Ex would constantly harass me and threatened to have me arrested for nothing. I talked to Mr. Redden, and he told me how to protect myself against being accused of anything. I did what he said, and when my Ex had me arrested for domestic violence, we had the proof to show she lied, and it never happened and that she had hit me. We went to court, and she lied, but Mr. Redden had a recording that showed she lied, and the Judge was mad at her, and threw her case out.

I had leased a luxury condo for over ten years in Cherry Hill and took very good care of it. When I moved out, I had the place cleaned well; however, my greedy landlord tried to get over $20k from me for damages to the apartment and other parts of the condo. Fortunately, I had listened to Mr. Redden before I moved out and videotaped the whole condo before I left. The landlord sued me for the damages, and Mr. Redden filed a counterclaim against the landlord. In the end, the landlord had to pay me money. Over the years, I've used Mr. Redden's services for a variety of legal issues, from personal to business, and he has always provided excellent legal representation, I've referred numerous friends and family members to him.

Albert B. Cherry Hill

My landlord refused to fix some of the problems in my apartment. A friend of mine recommended Mr. Redden. I contacted him and he advised me how to properly notify the landlord of the problems and how to place my rent in escrow, instead of paying the landlord. The landlord sued me, and Mr. Redden filed a claim against against the landlord. We had a trial, and Mr, Redden also brought in the building inspector to testify as a witness. I the end, the judge ruled in my favor, returned all my rent and told the landlord I could live rent free, until they fixed all the problems. Afterwards, the clerk of the court told me that they had never heard of anyone getting a 100% rent reduction. Obviously, Mr. Redden did a great job!

Auto Accident
License

My daughter was killed in a car accident, after being served excessive alcohol by a bar, leaving her two small children without a mother. Some people tried to say it was my daughter's fault, but Mr. Redden worked hard and was able to prove that the bar was negligent for serving her too much alcohol. He recovered money to help her children.

Maria V. Vineland, N.J.

I was working as delivery driver and making a delivery. I was trying to turn left across a road and thought the roadway was clear, but someone was traveling down the road. My truck flipped and part of my finger was amputated. The other insurance company denied my claim, stating the accident was my fault for turning left. Mr. Redden took my case and fought hard for me. He took the case to trial before a jury and won a substantial amount of me.

E.Q. Glassboro

Although my license was suspended, and I hadn't drive in awhile but, due to somewhat of an emergency, I had to drive one day and, unfortunately, with my luck, it was day that I was pulled over by a police officer. He had no sympathy and gave me several tickets, including one for driving while suspended, which would have extended my period of suspension. I needed my license for work and my children. Mr. Redden went above and beyond what I could expect and subpoenaed some records, and fought hard for me in court. He saved my license.

T.G. Millville

I have a CDL and drive professionally all over the country. While I was in New Jersey, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that damaged some cars, and the officer issued me a ticket. My employer placed me on inactive status, until the ticket could be resolved. Mr. Redden came up with a good defense and had the ticket dismissed.

Drug Arrest

I WAS ALREADY ON PROBATION FOR A DRUG CONVICTION, AND WAS IN A CAR THAT GOT STOPPED. THE COPS FOUND AN ILLEGAL PRESCRIPTION NEXT TO ME AND CHARGED ME. I WAS LOOKING AT JAIL TIME AND A VIOLATION OF MY PROBATION. MR. REDDEN WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE CHARGES DROPPED. HE DID A GREAT JOB.

ALAN B. BERLIN

Drug & Gun Charge

I was stopped by the police, and they found a gun and drugs in my car. I had a good job that suspended me, and I though I was going to go to jail and lose my job.  Mr. Redden was able to have all the charges dismissed. I am so thankful to him!

Illegal Arrest

My late husband was wrongfully arrested for shoplifting, and the store refused to dismiss the charges. The store testified against him at his trial, and he was found guilty and sent to jail. While he was in jail, he was assaulted, given the wrong medications and had to be hospitalized. Mr. Redden appealed the conviction and won. He then filed a lawsuit against the store for False Arrest and got my husband a large sum of money for being falsely arrested.

Bar Negligence

Although I knew I was wrong, I went into a bar with some friends when I was underage, and the bartender served me a lot of alcohol, without checking my identification. After I left the bar, I ran into a pole and was injured and had stitches placed in my head. My mother suggested I call Mr. Redden. I'm glad I did, because, even though I was wrong, the bar was responsible for serving alcohol to a minor, and Mr. Redden recovered money for my injuries.

Denied Insurance Claim

I had purchased auto insurance for my vehicle from an insurance agent. A couple weeks later I was involved in an accident, but the insurance company denied my claim, saying the agent didn't handle the application properly. Mr. Redden demanded they cover the accident; however, they refused, so he filed a lawsuit against them and the agent. They continued to refuse to cover my accident; however, Mr. Redden came up with a strategy that could expose them to punitive damages. At tat point, they, they settled the case.

Work Injury

I've worked all my life, even into my 70s, which is when I tripped and fell at work. I had broken my hip, had surgery and was in alot of pain. I couldn't figure out how I tripped and knew it wasn't my fault. I was referred to Mr. Redden by a friend, and he investigated my fall. His expert discovered that the contractor who built the hallway where I fell constructed it wrong and covered up his mistake with carpeting. When the other side wouldn't settle, Mr. Redden filed a lawsuit and recovered a significant amount for me.
